ShowingTour (showingtour.io) helps real estate agents plan showing tours and share them with their buyers. This policy explains what information the service handles and why.

Information we collect

• Account information. When an agent signs in with Google, we receive their name, email address, and Google account ID so we can identify their account. We never see or store their Google password.
• Tours and content. The tours an agent creates: property addresses, showing times, tour order, and private notes the agent adds. Buyer feedback submitted through a tour link: votes, short notes, offered amounts, and photos the buyer chooses to add.
• Usage counts. Simple counters, such as how many tours are created, used to run and improve the service. These counts carry no client details.
• Location. If you allow location access, your device location is used in your browser to order stops and start navigation. Your live location is not stored on our servers.

How we use it

Information is used only to operate ShowingTour: saving and syncing your tours, showing buyer feedback to the agent who owns the tour, and sending the agent their tour activity alerts. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Tours are shared by link. Anyone who has a tour's link can view that tour and add feedback to it, so treat a tour link the way you would treat the information in it. An agent sees the feedback submitted on their own tours. We do not share account information with other companies except the infrastructure providers that run the service (such as our hosting provider), and only as needed to operate it.

Storage on your device

ShowingTour stores your tours and preferences in your browser's local storage so the app works quickly and offline. This stays on your device and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Your choices

You may stop using the service at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it. Deleting a tour removes that tour's stored feedback and photos.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date above.
